What happens if a package arrives damaged?
Since Real Old Remedies uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products, Real Old Remedies will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.
Can I refuse a package when it arrives?
If you refuse a shipment due to damage to the package, you do so at your own expense. How do you support sustainability?
We are focusing on minimizing carbon footprints with the goal to promote sustainability and environmental protection. We use eco-friendly Kraft boxes and crinkle paper that are non-toxic to humans and animals.
